MSJ Welcomes 2nd Blogger to the Roster

03.02.06

Fore Left

I’m very happy to announce that a co-blogger will be joining me here at the Main Street Journal blog in the coming days. I’m excited to welcome aboard A. C. McCloud; his brief self-introduction follows:

I’m another run-of-the-mill but not quite over-the-hill conservative who normally posts at Fore Left!.

McCloud is a pseudonym, but the name might provide a clue as to my background, which has been spent in the science and transportation fields. I am willing to give up some info — I’m a Memphis resident (not a native), originally from the Carolinas, but have lived all over the States for the past thirty five years. I first came to the Mid South in 1991, have a wife and three sons, love the Grizzlies and the Cardinals (sorry, Mick) and have 50 cats. Just kidding. Only 24.

My commentary here will be an attempt to gratuitously slant every story towards the right, dribbling Republican kool aid down my chin whenever possible. Seriously, I don’t care much for kool aid and will try to give an honest impression of the stories as I see them. If I fail that task, please direct all complaint letters/e-mails to Mick or Jonathan, as I can’t stand criticism.

Anyway, thanks to MSJ for allowing me the privilege to pontificate here at ‘the Street.’
