Memphis City Schools: Local ministers are urging Mayor A C Wharton to accept the MCS police force — now called a “Peace Force” — idea; more from WMC, WREG. Victorian Village: Plans are afoot to secure financing and sales revitalise the historic neighborhood and nearby Morris Park.
