Hedge Fund Research Inc. calls 2008 a grim year. The Architecture Billing Index shows February was another down month for billings, but slightly improving. The WorldatWork and American Benefits Council survey shows a majority of workers are keeping their 401(k) accounts. A Watson Wyatt survey shows most employers are freezing executive salaries and cutting bonuses. US Labor Dept. says consumer prices rose by the largest amount in seven months. A Gallup poll shows TN 7th Congressional District is the nation’s happiest?
